We were very impressed with this new, less invasive technology for mold removal in our attic. Not only is it EPA approved, but it has also been independently tested by the Army Corp of Engineers. At our request, Ryan collected air samples before and after treatment and the results were dramatic. The treatment took only a few hours and the test results were available within a week. Ryan is very pleasant and professional and was respectful of our home during his work. Highly recommend.

We were in the process of renovating a back closet and noticed mold on an exterior wall that had been previously repaired for water leakage. After the mandatory call to the property management and their chain of contacts Pure Maintenance arrived. Ryan Smith analyzed the mold and recommended the fogging solution.
Ryan was able to accommodate our request for a quick scheduling of the project, he arrived at the scheduled time, set up his equipment and within three hours was finished. Minimal odor was present when we returned but dissipated quickly, no residue or any damage has been noticed days later.
